Dinner Again…but in WALES. Bringing back my five course prix fixe menus, this time focusing on the melding of ingredients I grew up eating (tomatoes, tamales, pozole etc.) with quality British ingredients available locally (sheepsmilk yogurt, dried British fava beans, English cheddar—to name a few.) This ticket is for 5 courses (prix fixe~4 savoury & 1 sweet) and includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each guest on the evening of June 28th 2022 at 8pm. Dinner will be served at family style banquet tables and a specially curated list of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be also be available for additional purchase on the night of.
