DINNER AGAIN returning with fare to mark the transitional stage between Winter & Spring. Hearty brassicas & beetroots remain but are beginning to show themselves in lighter recipes suitable for slightly warmer days. Wild garlic appears, along with spring herbs & ground elder yet we are still in the seasonal interim dependent both on simplicity & a little zhuzhing to reveal the elegance of say, a cabbage. Many of these dishes are reinterpretations of things I’ve eaten (or seen from afar & wanted to eat) in the last year that have excited me (the herb sorbet for example, I had for my birthday last year at one of my favorite bistros in Paris, Le Cadoret). I hope they will excite you just as much! This ticket is for the above mentioned multiple course (prix fixe) menu and includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each guest upon arrival on the evening of Tuesday APRIL 11th at 7pm.
